Who is the controller
The controller of the data collected on this site is I4W. For any question about your data, write to privacidade@sakercp.com.
What data we collect and why
Only the data in the alpha sign-up form: name, e-mail, company, country, what you do, how many servers you have, the panel you use and the message you write. It is used only to assess the request, answer it and, if you are chosen, arrange your participation in the alpha with you. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not sell it or share it with third parties.
To prevent abuse, we also keep an encrypted summary (hash) of the IP address that sends the form, which does not reveal the address and is deleted after 30 days.
Legal basis
Your consent, given by ticking the box in the form and by confirming your e-mail address. You can withdraw it at any time by writing to the address above: we delete the request.
How long we keep it
- Requests not confirmed by e-mail: deleted after 7 days.
- Confirmed requests: until the end of the alpha, and at most 12 months after the request, unless you become a client.
Where it is kept
On a server of ours in the European Union, run with SakerCP itself, and in an encrypted backup on another server of ours, also in the European Union. The site uses no cookies or third-party analytics, and loads nothing from other sites.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and portability, and object to the processing, by writing to privacidade@sakercp.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority, the Comissão Nacional de Protecção de Dados (cnpd.pt).
